شب کے ہیں ماہ مہر ہیں دن کے
شب کے ہیں ماہ مہر ہیں دن کے
روپ دیکھے بتان کمسن کے
بوسے ہیں بے حساب ہر دن کے
وعدے کیوں ٹالتے ہو گن گن کے
ہیں وہ دیوانے جذب باطن کے
اتری ہے شیشہ میں پری جن کے
اہل دل دیکھتے ہیں آپ کا منہ
آئنے میں صفائی باطن کے
دل رواں ہو خیال یار کے ساتھ
جائے مسکن بھی ساتھ ساکن کے
لاغروں پر ہے ظلم جاں شکنی
اے اجل توڑتی ہے کیوں تنکے
رہے کلکتہ میں مخیر منیرؔ
صدقے اپنے امام ضامن کے
