jab kabhi tark-e-gham-e-dil ka sawal aata hai

raat tahriron ki ab yaksar KHayali ho gai

ruh ki baat sune jism ke tewar dekhe

main to ek lamha-e-parida raha

waraq hai mere sahife ka aasman kya hai

fasl-e-gul mein bhi wahi daur-e-KHizan hai ab ke

qaza ke sath chale zindagi ke badle mein
