lahroñ kā jalāl us kā haq thā
bārish kā badan thā us kā hañsnā
ġhunche kā ḳhisāl us kā haq thā
rakhtā thā sañbhāl shīsha-e-jāñ
tajsīm-e-kamāl us kā haq thā
bādal kī misāl us kī ḳhū thī
tābīr-e-hilāl us kā haq thā
ujlā thā chañbeliyoñ ke jaisā
yūsuf sā jamāl us kā haq thā
